What are the available pricing options with the company? Answer:

o  2.15% total with a 10% deductible incase of repair at the authorized dealer or authorized service centers, orpurchase of spare parts from either, plus EGP 150 deductible per claim.

o  2.80% total with no deductible (GoldenPolicy).

For cars sum insured greater than 5,000,000value will be as follows 1.80% classic – 2.25% golden

If I want to insure my car with your company, how long does it take to issue the policy?

All vehicle insurance procedures are completedon the same day.

What are the payment methods?

Bank transfer – cheque – credit card (Visa).
Installments are available in three payments with no extra charges, except forpolicies tied to bank loan agreements.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, what are the procedures?

o  File a police report if needed.

o  Visit the company’s Motor ClaimsDepartment and submit an accident notification.

o  The accident notice can also be sentvia email to the claims department.

o  A company inspector will be sent toexamine the car before repair at the repair site and approve the estimate.

o  Repair then begins, followed by apost-repair inspection.

o  If our company is contracted with thedealer, repair costs will be paid by us after deductibles (if any).

 o  If not, the client pays the repair cost, submitsthe invoices, and the company reimburses the client after deductions (if any).

Is the company contracted with the dealer?

Check the list of service centers beforeresponding to the client.
